We've tried to make our returns process as easy as possible by allowing you 3 months to decide whether an item is right for you.
To return or exchange an online order, please complete the returns form included in your parcel and then either use the free pre-paid returns label provided to post it back to us, or take it to one of our stores.
To return or exchange an item bought in store, simply take your item into store along with the original receipt.
Alternatively you can request a free returns label from our Customer Service team here.
You will then need to package your items and enclose both your receipt and contact information. Please ensure your phone number and email address are stated clearly and enclosed within the parcel so that we can contact you to process your refund. We will then be in touch within 7 days of the item arriving back at our warehouse.
