We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
- Returns with Receipt: You are very welcome to return the item(s) into store for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure you bring your receipt with you, as it is required for a refund.
- Returns without Receipt: If you no longer have your receipt, or have a Gift Receipt, we can offer an exchange in store only, at the current selling price of the item(s).
Please note:
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached
- If returning via post, any items purchased in store must be in their original condition and accompanied by the till receipt. We also recommend taking a clear photo of the receipt for your records and obtaining proof of posting with tracking details.
