How Can I Return? – Crew Clothing Company

We get it—sometimes, a piece just isn’t quite right! At Crew Clothing, we want to make sure your return experience is as easy as your shopping experience.

Quick Tip: If you’re after a different size, style, or color, the fastest way to get what you need is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. That way, your new item will be on its way in no time!

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase then you can return it as long as it's in original condition with proof of purchase and its within 28 days of purchase, or 14 days if you've purchased a sale item. This means it needs to be unused and still in its original packaging with tags attached which is in good condition, allowing it to be resold. This excludes any items that have been personalised, as well as products that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons: underwear, boxer shorts, socks that have been tried on, swimwear where the hygiene strip has been broken or is missing. These products can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.
