How Can I Return?

STORE RETURNS

• No printer required, simply take proof of purchase for a refund or exchange
• Your return or exchange will be processed immediately to the card you paid with
• You will receive your refund in your bank 3-5 days after the refund is processed.
• Please note, we are unable to accept returns purchased from concession stores, including Hoopers Department Stores.

ROYAL MAIL

• Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations
• Print a label or obtain your paperless return QR code by clicking the adjacent link and following the online instructions
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving them, although this may take a little longer during particularly busy sale periods.

ROYAL MAIL COLLECTION

Please note a printer is required to use this service
 

• Start your return by entering your order number and email address and follow the steps to select item(s) and chose your return reason
• Continue to next page and opt for a printable label (QR codes cannot be used for home collection). 
• After selecting this option, you will be shown nearby Post Office locations. Select any Royal Mail option to generate your returns label. You do not need to visit the Post Office, this is just part of the process to create your label.
• Once your label has been created, go to https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems
• Enter your tracking number ending in GB into the relevant box.
• Follow the remaining steps to arrange a convenient collection date from your home address.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving them, although this may take a little longer during particularly busy sale periods.

• Return through EVRi’s store network of over 7,000 ParcelShops, open 7 days a week, early until late
• Print a label or obtain your Paperless return QR code by clicking the adjacent link and following the online instructions
